Shipping: We ship domestically and internationally. Items will ship within 2-3 days from Washington, through USPS Priority mail. We are not responsible for lost packages or customs duties. 

Return/Exchange: We currently only accept exchanges for defects. Please email us tinyrainkids@outlook.com within one week of delivery.
